Privacy Policy for the mobile app "QuickAid – Algorithms and Medications"

1. Data Controller

The administrator of your data is QuickAid, e-mail: kontakt@quickaid.com.pl (hereinafter “Administrator”, ‘we’, “our application”).

4. Transfer of Data Outside the EEA

Analytics data are processed by Google LLC (Firebase) on servers in the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses (Article 46 RODO).

5. Data Retention Period

Analytics data – 14 months (default GA4).
Comments – until removed by the author or the Administrator.
Event Log – The data is stored only locally on the device and is not transferred to any server. The data may contain medical content and is for the user's documentation purposes only. The user decides on their scope and content.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, data transfer, and to file a complaint with the President of the DPA. Contact:kontakt@quickaid.com.pl.

7. Voluntary Data Provision

Use of the application is voluntary. Analytics data we collect based on our legitimate interest (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO). The user can object to this processing - the simplest form of objection is uninstalling the app. For any questions or requests for data deletion, please contact kontakt@quickaid.com.pl.

8. Security Measures

TLS-encrypted connections with Firebase servers,
Firestore security rules restricting access to unapproved data,
local data storage in Hive (data remains on the device without additional in-app encryption).

9. Changes to the Policy

Any changes to the privacy policy will be communicated via app update and a notice on quickaid.com.pl.
